What is the “Circle Light” and how does it work?
The "Circle Light" is a lamp designed specifically to fit perfectly with our loupe, providing an optimal lighting solution for your observation needs. It is equipped with 8 white LED 4100K lights for bright and uniform illumination, as well as 4 ultraviolet lights 365-370nm to test the luminescence of your watches. The "Circle Light" easily snaps onto the loupe thanks to its ball-and-socket system to ensure a perfect fit.
How to install the "Circle light"?
Step 1: First, remove the rubber ring from your magnifying glass to see the groove and the 3 slots where the light balls will be placed. Step 2: Position your magnifying glass in the round space of your light with the white, translucent side facing down, then push the magnifying glass into the ring. Step 3: Turn the magnifying glass so that the balls snap into the rail and the 3 spaces provided for this purpose. You should hear a metallic "click". Step 4: Check that the balls are properly engaged on the rail and check that the light is perfectly held on the magnifying glass before using it above the object you wish to observe.
How to recharge the "Circle Light"?
The "Circle Light" is easy to charge thanks to its USB-C port, and a charging cable is included with the device. When charging, a green/red LED indicates the start and end of charging for convenient use.
How to use the different lighting modes of the "Circle Light"?
The "Circle Light" has a single button to turn on the lighting and choose between the available lighting modes. Pressing the button once activates the classic white LED light. Pressing it a second time activates the UV lights. Pressing it a third time activates both the white LED light and the UV lights. In addition, a long press of the button allows you to adjust the intensity of the LEDs. The fourth press of the button will turn off the "Circle Light".
What precautions should be taken when using the "Circle Light"?
It is important to take care of your eyesight when using the "Circle Light", especially when using ultraviolet lights. UV lights can have negative effects on eyesight when viewed directly. It is recommended to avoid looking directly at UV lights and to use them with caution to preserve your long-term eye health.
How to remove the "Circle Light" from the magnifying glass?
You have to hold the light in your hand and rotate the magnifying glass to disengage the rail ball system provided for this purpose. After hearing a metallic "click" you can pull your magnifying glass upwards to disengage it from your light.
Is the "Circle Light" compatible with other magnifiers?
The "Circle Light" is designed specifically to fit our magnifier perfectly, but it may also be compatible with other magnifiers that have a similar mounting system. We recommend checking compatibility with your specific magnifier before purchasing.
