Instructions for Use

LOUPE

Remove the loupe from its neoprene case
Take your object and observe it through your loupe
Attention: You must look through the correct side, which is the concave side of the loupe.
                        Refer to the diagram below.

 

You are using the loupe correctly when you see your object clearly. To find the optimal focus point, adjust the distance by moving the loupe or the object.
Admire your object once the image is sharp; the focus will be around 4 cm.
When not in use, store the loupe in its case in a dry environment and out of children's reach.
If you notice dust on the outer lenses, use the provided microfiber cloth to clean them. Never disassemble the loupe to clean the inner lenses, as they are naturally protected from dust. If you do so, you may alter the product's quality, and Eagle Eye Watches disclaims any responsibility.

    Usage:

    1. Remove the loupe from its neoprene case.
    2. Position the loupe at a comfortable distance from the object you wish to observe.
    3. Look through the loupe at your object.
    4. Place your eye at an appropriate distance from the loupe to achieve a clear and sharp image.
    5. Attention: You must look through the correct side, which is the concave side of the loupe. Refer to the diagram below.
    6. Adjust the distance between the loupe and the object to obtain the desired magnification.

    You are using the loupe correctly when your object appears sharp. To find the optimal focus point, adjust the loupe or the object as needed. The focus will be around 4 cm.

    Maintenance:

    • Regularly clean the lenses with the provided microfiber cloth to maintain optimal optical clarity.
    • If you notice dust on the outer lenses, use the microfiber cloth to clean them. Never disassemble the loupe to clean the inner lenses, as they are naturally protected from dust. If you do so, you may alter the product's quality.
    • Store the loupe in the provided pouch when not in use to protect it.

     

      Safety Information

    • Do not allow sunlight or other strong light sources to pass through the loupe, as this may cause a fire hazard or damage the lenses.
    • Do not look directly at the sun or other intense light sources through the loupe, as this may cause severe eye injuries and, in extreme cases, total vision loss.
    • Keep out of reach of children.
    • Do not expose the loupe to excessive heat, as this may damage or even destroy it in extreme cases.
    • Do not expose the loupe to extreme cold, as this may damage the lenses.
    • Do not disassemble the loupe, as this may alter the product's quality, and Eagle Eye Watches disclaims any responsibility in such cases.
    • Do not use solvents or alcohol to clean the loupe, as they may damage it.
    • Do not drop the loupe.

      Information for Glasses Wearers

      If you wear glasses, there is no general rule for using the product. You can choose to look through the loupe with or without your glasses. We recommend testing both methods to determine which is most comfortable for observing your object.

      Warranty

      We only accept returns for products with a manufacturing defect due to a failure in our quality control process. Once the product has been opened and the warranty seal has been broken, it is considered used and cannot be returned. Returns are possible up to 14 days after purchase, provided the product is returned in the condition it was received.
      For customized products (engraving, numbering, customization), no returns are possible even within 14 days of purchase.
      For unused products, no refunds are possible. If a refund is required, it will be processed only after receiving the returned product and ensuring it has not been damaged.
      For defective products, no refund will be issued. After evaluation by our experts, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund of up to 10% of the purchase price.
      In cases of exchange or replacement, we will do our best to provide an equivalent product as soon as possible, subject to stock availability. Delivery times may also vary based on stock levels.
